All activity at the Wiltshire Music Centre is managed by seven
full-time and three part-time staff, supported by a fantastic team

Keith Nimmo, Chief Executive and Artistic Director
Keith has had overall responsibility for the management and
development of the Centre since late 1997, shortly before the
building opened. As well as planning the concert programme, he
oversees artists' residencies and the education and community
outreach projects. He works closely with staff, the Chair,
Treasurer and other Trustees to coordinate planning and financial
management. His job also involves liaising closely with the public
funding bodies, other key stake-holders and arts organisations to
secure the Centre's strategic role.
Anne Greenwood, PA to the Chief Executive and Artistic
Director
Anne is Keith's PA. She co-ordinates concert management,
including contracts, pre-concert speakers, programmes, technical
specifications and the Artists' requirements. She is also secretary
to the Board.
Rebecca Perkins, Operations Manager
Rebecca has responsibility for the operational management of the
Centre, including the upkeep of the building itself, the box
office, maintenance, staff and volunteer training and Centre
lettings.
Audrey Michel, Fundraising Manager (Maternity Cover)
Audrey's role is to maximise income from a range of sources to
sustain and develop the Trust's work, including Sponsorship and
Business Partnership, fundraising from individuals (through the
Friends, Benefactors, donations and legacies) and from grant-making
trusts.
Jo Day, Head of Audience Development
Jo is responsible for developing the range and diversity of the
audience and participants that use and benefit from the centre.
This is acheived through marketing and carefully targeted education
and community projects.
Kate Schweizer, Marketing Co-ordinator
Kate is responsible for maximising the impact of the Centre's
Marketing and PR through the development and implementation of the
overall strategy, as well as all tactical campaigns. Specific
responsibilities within this include the management of activities
such as copy-writing, print production, and the carrying out of
audience research.
Julie Cure, Finance Officer
Julie manages the Centre's finances, which includes the day to
day bookkeeping, budget setting, cash flow management, VAT
accounting and production of the year end financial statements for
audit. Julie is also responsible for ensuring that stakeholders
receive financial reports, and that the Centre is fully compliant
with all relevant finance/tax legislation.
Sara Milward-Oliver, Fundraising Assistant & Group Bookings
Co-ordinator
Sara assists the Centre's fundraising to maximise opportunities
with businesses and across local communities. She is also the
contact for group bookers, and will ensure that your experience
with us is as enjoyable and easy as possible.
Becky Rigby, Box Office & Events Assistant/Venue
Technician
Based in the Box Office, with responsibility for the Centre's
administration and events, Becky takes care of all
technical aspects within the Centre. This includes sound
and lighting equipment and setup and ensuring that any
amplified sound is consistent with the Centre's objective of
providing a satisfactory auditory experience.
Sam Bitmead, Box Office & Events Assistant
Sam works predominantly in the Box Office, and also has
responsibility for administration and preparation for events and
performances.
