| We
extend a warm welcome to all who use the Wiltshire
Music Centre. If you feel you might need help to
get around, have any ideas about what we could do
better or just want to know more about the Centre’s
facilities, phone 01225 860100 or ask when you get
here.
We offer our concessionary ticket price for disabled
people for most concerts. If you need to bring
a helper or friend to support you at a concert,
we are happy to offer them a free ticket.
Brochures, leaflets and programmes are available
in large print or on tape and can be emailed to
you. This website is also designed to be accessible.
There is level access for wheelchairs to most
parts of the Centre and parking spaces for disabled
people are close to the main entrance in the car
parks accessed from Winsley Road. Please let us
know when booking if you use a wheelchair or would
like any assistance.
We have adapted toilets for disabled patrons
both in the foyer and backstage. There are also
tactile signs for patrons reading braille.
For people with hearing difficulties, there are
induction loops at the bar, box office and for
pre-concert talks. The auditorium has an infrared
system so please ask for a headband or neck loop
if you require one. Guide dogs and hearing dogs
are also welcome.
For information in large print and on tape, and
more access details, email
us or call 01225 860100.
If you have any ideas about what we do and what
we could do better, please let us know. |
