Booking
Tickets
Once you have chosen which event(s) you are interested in, you
can book by phoning the box office on
01225 860 100, visiting the Centre in person during opening
hours or downloading
the booking form and sending it to us in the post. You can
also book online by choosing a concert in 'What's
On' and simply selecting 'Book Now'. |

Box
Office Opening Hours
Our box office is open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
There is also extended opening until 8.30pm, Monday
to Thursday during the concert season, and until
the end of the interval on all concert nights.
We open at 2pm on Saturday and Sunday when we
have a concert. |

Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards, as
well as cheques which should be made payable to
Wiltshire Music Centre Trust Ltd. Cash is accepted
when booking in person. There are no booking fees
or charges for using your credit card, unless
you book on-line, which incurs a small fee. |

Ticket
Collection
We will hold your tickets at the box office for
you to collect on the night, or at a time of your
convenience. If you are picking up your tickets
before a concert, please allow enough time as
the box office can get very busy on the door.
If you would prefer, we can also send your tickets
to you in the post, for a charge of 50p. |

Discounts
You can find all available ticket prices listed
with each event. Please note that only one discount
applies per ticket and that availability is limited
for certain discounts (e.g. family tickets and
under 18's).

Concessionary discounts
are available for benefit claimants, full-time
students and senior citizens for most concerts
at the Centre. |

Saver discounts: book
the same number of seats at the same time
for at least three concerts showing the
saver price, and these seats will qualify
for the discount. |

Families: for concerts
with a family ticket, one adult paying full
price can bring up to two children for £1
each. This offer is strictly limited and
applies only to those concerts showing the
Family symbol F.
Family tickets go very quickly on a first
come, first served basis! |

Under 18 tickets are available for most
Wiltshire Music Centre promotions. For certain
events these tickets may be limited. |

Disabled people who require support at a
concert may book a free ticket for a helper
or friend. You can find further

Group and school party discounts are also
available, please enquire at the box office
for more details. Due to the popularity of
many of our events, availability may be limited
and early party booking is strongly advised. |

| Priority
Booking
If you want to make sure you get tickets to some
of the most sought after events at the Wiltshire
Music Centre, you can join the Friends of the
Wiltshire Music Centre and enjoy a two week priority
booking period, from just £12 per year.
Friends enjoy other benefits too and help support
the Centre's work. For more details contact the

Ticket
Exchange
If you are unable to use your tickets, we may
be able to resell them once a concert has sold
out, subject to demand. If we do, we will credit
your account at the box office for redemption
against future bookings, less a £1 per ticket
administration fee. Tickets for resale must be
returned to the box office no less than 5 hours
before a concert. We regret that we are unable
to refund tickets, or to resell tickets not in
our possession. |

Waiting
List
Once a concert has sold out, we operate a waiting
list and will contact you if any tickets are returned
for resale. |

Although every effort is made to ensure the information

the Wiltshire Music Centre reserves the right to
make changes to the programme without notice where
this is unavoidable. Unless stated otherwise, concerts
are promoted by the Wiltshire Music Centre Trust
Ltd. Ticket prices and discounts are set by the
