At many concerts, especially classical ones, you can come a little earlier (usually one hour before) and enjoy a pre-concert talk.

Free to ticket holders, this is a great way to find out more about the music you're about to hear.  The speakers are carefully chosen music specialists, or sometimes the musicians themselves!  On the event page, and in our brochure, it will always state if there is a pre-concert talk, and just as soon as we know who is giving it, we'll update the website so you can know too!

The talks usually last around 30 minutes, leaving plenty of time for you to have a drink at the bar, or get comfortable in your seats before the concert begins.
