Pilates
Annette Witte runs group mat pilates classes that involves
stretching, toning and flowing exercises to strengthen the body's
core muscles. This in turn improves posture and increases
flexibility. Original pilates exercises are broken down into stages
and are built upon as you progress. This mind body class has a
strong emphasis on breathing and relaxation in accordance with the
pilates principles.
Annette, a qualified pilates teacher trained in classical
pilates with Future Fit and a member of the Register of Exercise
Professionals, runs a class on Thursday evenings 7.30pm - 8.30pm.
The cost is £8.00 per session payable in blocks of six or seven
weeks (depending on term length).
