If you've got a question, no matter what it is, we would much
rather you asked us! It may be covered in the questions and answers
below, but if not, please call the Box Office on 01225 860100, or
email us, and we
will do our very best to help you.
What happens if I cannot use the tickets I bought?
Once a concert has sold out, we will try to resell your ticket
and offer you a credit against a future concert, less a £1
administration fee. Please return your ticket no later than 5 hours
before a performance. We regret that we are unable to refund
tickets.
What happens if I lose my tickets?
Please don't worry - call the Box Office on 01225 860100
and we will help you.
What time should I arrive?
The Centre is open at least 30 minutes before the start of all
events, and the doors to the auditorium open 15 minutes
before the start of the concert. Please leave plenty of time to
pick up your tickets.
What happens if I am late?
Latecomers are admitted at an appropriate break in the
performance.
Are there any refreshments available at the Wiltshire Music
Centre?
The bar serves spirits, wines, beers, hot and soft drinks. We
also provide ice-cream and various sweets and crisps. Beat the
queue and order your interval drinks on arrival.
What should I wear?
There are no dress codes - please wear whatever you feel most
comfortable in.
How long will the performance be?
Many performances have two halves of 45 minutes with a 20 minute
interval. Each performance is different though, so
please give the Box office a call on 01225 860100 if
you'd like exact timings.We normally know this information from
about a week before the concert. Alternatively, you can always ask
any of the stewards on the night.
Will there be an interval?
There is usually an interval of 20 minutes, but please call the
Box Office on 01225 860100 if you would like to know a definite
answer.
