Extremely disappointing! John McCusker (my favourite musician) was billed to perform but had to cancel. The set was very short - 7.30 to 9.10 with a 20 minute interval. Sound quality was very poor, could not hear Heidi clearly either when she spoke nor when she sang. Accoustics at the music centre are fantastic, I wonder what happened at this concert.

    What a disappointment on Sunday!
    No John Mcusker.
As your other writer on this subject said, the sound appalling.......Boo Hewerdine did far too much, although he was excellent!

I went on the premise that I was going to see Heidi Talbot and John Mcusker, where we saw them first at Sidmouth.......he being my wife's and and my own favourite musician.
John Mcusker has gone down in my estimation......even if he is playing with Dylan!

Although John McCusker was not present, it did not affect the overall quality of the performance at all. I enjoyed the music immensly, and it was a real pleasure to listen to three amazing musicians. I would definetly come to another Heidi Talbot concert if there was one at the centre.
