Tickets can be booked online for a booking fee of £2.50. Alternatively you can visit or phone the Box Office between 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Seating Plan
All our seats have unrestricted sight of the platform. Row L offers slightly more legroom. There are aisles between seats 7 and 8 & 22 and 23. Row A is wheelchair accessible. It is not currently possible to select seats when booking online. You can choose seats by calling our Box Office on 01225 860100.

HOW TO BUY
Tickets can be bought online at any time at a charge of £2.50 per transaction. Tickets booked online must be collected from the Box Office, and will not be posted out. It is also not possible to choose your seats when booking online.
Alternatively call the Box Office on 01225 860100 between 10am and 6pm. There is no charge for purchases over the phone. A voluntary donation of £1.00 is added to each transaction. You can book tickets in person from the Box Office at Wiltshire Music Centre, Ashley Road, Bradford on Avon, BA15 1DZ. The counter is open from 10am to 6pm on weekdays and during weekend concerts until the end of the interval.POSTAGE
Postage of tickets costs £1 per mailing. Alternatively we can hold your tickets to be collected from the Box Office.
CONCESSIONS & DEALSWe offer a concession for those in receipt of pensions, student card holders, benefit claimants and customers who are registered disabled. A free carer's ticket is also offered to those who can prove they are registered disabled.
As part of the Centre's commitment to encouraging younger people to explore and enjoy music, full-paying adults can bring two Under 18s to selected concerts for just £1.00 each. Unaccompanied Under 18s are entitled to half-price or £10.00 tickets for some concerts.
Multibuy Tickets offer discounted prices on selected concerts when three or more are booked at the same time.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Every 10th ticket is free when you make a group booking at Wiltshire Music Centre. Please call 01225 860100 if you are considering making a group booking and would like some help.SOLD OUT
We operate a waiting list system for concerts that sell out. We do offer Priority Booking for Friends of Wiltshire Music Centre. Details can be found via the Support Us page.
RESERVING TICKETS
It is possible to reserve tickets without payment for a maximum of 5 days. This enables customers to post cheques to Wiltshire Music Centre Trust Ltd or deliver cash payments in person. Please check with the Box Office as some concerts sell out fast and reservations are not always possible.
UNWANTED TICKETS
Lost tickets can be reprinted. We cannot refund any tickets. If a concert sells out and we manage to resell your ticket, we will place credit on your account at Wiltshire Music Centre for future concert costs (minus a £1 administration fee). We can only resell tickets if customers return their tickets to us. Tickets must be returned to Wiltshire Music Centre at least 5 hours in advance of the event.
