Gong Sound Bath

Lay down for a while and soothe away the stresses and strains immersed in the sounds of gongs.

Let the vibrations from the sound of the gong can release, relax and rejuvenate body and mind.

Bring a mat/mattress to lie on, and a blanket and cushion to make yourself comfortable and cosy. I would recommend bringing some water for afterwards.
