Wiltshire Music Centre is delighted to partner with the English Folk Dance and Song Society to host their virtual Youth Folk Sampler Day for the South West on Saturday 5th June, from 11am - 4pm.
Who is it for?
The FREE Online Youth Folk Sampler Day is open to participants who are:
- Aged 12–18
- Play an instrument confidently
- Want to take part in an inspiring day of music making
Sampler Days are open to players of any instrument. All playing and learning will be done by ear.

- Find out about the National Youth Folk Ensemble
Each Sampler Day of creative music-making features:
- online workshops with superb musicians who are also highly experienced educators
- online Q&A with Ensemble staff
- online an optional short audition, if you are aged 14+ and want to apply for the National Youth Folk Ensemble
