A Chartered Accountant, Harriet was the original Treasurer of the Music Centre when it opened in 1997 and was a Trustee for the first 12 years. She is now the Vice Chair and, once again, the Treasurer. Before moving to Bradford on Avon she had been the Finance Director of English National Opera and Director in charge of Client Accounts at Sotheby’s. More recently she has been a School Bursar at a couple of local independent schools, and now works in the world of steam engine preservation, running steam charters on the mainline. Harriet is also the Honorary Treasurer of Iford Arts, a local opera company, as well as Trustee of a couple of other local heritage charities.
