Conductor Graham Ross and his outstanding Alumni of the Choir of Clare College, Cambridge present a magnificent a cappella programme exploring the music of heaven, and our journey to it.
Spanning centuries of repertoire from soaring Renaissance masterpieces by Lobo, Schütz and Taverner to intimate close harmony arrangements of Gershwin and Irving Berlin, the programme includes much-loved part-songs by Vaughan Williams, Pearsall and Sullivan, as well as Ross’s own popular arrangement of Abide with me.
