Covid-19 Update

We want to reassure you that the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff is always our top priority. Therefore, we have implemented a few measures to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • The festival is taking place inside the auditorium and foyer with reserved seating.
  • We've reduced concert capacity to 200.
  • We've introduced a one seat gap between bookers. If your seats are next to another booking, you'll be contacted by our Box Office and invited to move seats.
  • We'll use maximum ventilation at the event. All air vents will be open and our attenuators will be on throughout the concert; please bear in mind that the auditorium might be slightly cooler than usual, so we recommend warm clothing.
  • In line with the government guidelines, all customers are required to wear a face mask (unless they are exempt).
  • We don't require you to produce a Covid Passport on arrival, but strongly advise all customers to take a test (PCR or LFT) before coming to the venue.
