Dingle Yandell bass (OAE  Rising Star)

WMC’s Orchestra in Residence return for this intimate performance of Handel’s Messiah which will mark the end of our 20th Anniversary Year.
Premiered in Dublin in 1742 and composed in just 24 days, the Messiah is probably the most performed choral work in history and always heralds the start of the festive season. The Orchestra will be joined by a semi-chorus  of soloists who will double as chorus members for this celebratory performance.
