Enjoy an electrifying evening from a master kora player
Bringing together an electrifying seven-piece band of influential Senegalese musicians and vocalists, master kora player and singer Seckou Keita will have you swaying to the beat of his latest album, Homeland. Blending traditional rhythms with modern sounds like afro-pop plus poetry, Seckou will be playing the kora standing up for the first time in 10 years – a tradition started by his uncle, the late ‘90’s Sengalese pop star, Solo Cissokho.
