Please note: due to current social distancing measures, we can only offer bookings for groups of more than 2 by booking through the Box Office (please call 01225 860100).
Tickets can be collected anytime or, if booking over the phone, posted to you for £2 to cover postage.
Like many other music venues and independent charities, Wiltshire Music Centre now charges a booking fee on the sale of tickets. From 1st July 2021 a £2 booking fee applies to each ticket for core WMC promotions. This contributes to our core charitable work as a concert hall, community centre and creative learning hub, and will help to support our long-term recovery from the impact of Covid-19. In the event of a ticket refund, the booking fee is non-refundable.
TICKET RETURNS & REFUNDS
As part of our Covid-safety commitment, you may now exchange your ticket up to 24 hours ahead of the performance, at an administration fee of £3 per ticket. We regret that we are unable to refund tickets.
We offer a resale service for sold-out events only at an administration fee of £3 per ticket. Return your tickets no later than five hours before the performance. We must have the tickets with us in person before we are able to reallocate them. If resold, a credit to the value of the ticket price, less a £3 administration fee per ticket, will be added to your Wiltshire Music Centre account for use against future concerts and events. This credit will be valid for 12 months.
We sell gift vouchers online and at our Box Office with a one-year expiry date.
