Monday – Friday
11am – 3pm.
The Box Office is also open an hour before events.

Reduced-price standing tickets are offered on selected concerts. Please contact the Box Office for availability.
Terms and Conditions
Booking fees are non-refundable. They contribute to the cost of our ticketing systems, phone lines, and payment processing costs. We charge a £3 booking fee per ticket.
We offer a resale service to all customers for sold-out events only. Tickets must be returned no later than five hours before the performance. Hard copy tickets must be returned to the Box Office before reallocating them. If resold, a credit to the value of the ticket price, less an administration and booking fee per ticket, will be added to the customer’s account. This credit will be valid for 12 months.
Full refunds are only available if a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has occurred. We regret that tickets cannot be refunded for any other reason.
We offer customers the option to purchase ticketing protection. This means you can apply for a refund from Secure My Booking if you are unable to attend any event due to certain circumstances. Please find more details and full terms and conditions on Secure My Booking’s website securemybooking.com.
Customers have up to 60 days after the event to file a refund application and gather any necessary documents needed for the refund application process.
