Zone Club is our monthly music-making project for young adults aged 16+ with learning disabilities. These are brilliant sessions, always on the first Saturday if the month, where young people can create their own music, lyrics, dance and films. They are expertly supported by musicians, music therapists, film-makers and theatre practitioners. Whether it's rapping, singing, song-writing, music tech, conducting or drumming - our Zone Clubbers always lead the way!
Zone Club has encouraged his self-confidence and self-assertiveness immensely – he needs little support and to cope with social situations that previously would have daunted himParent of a Zone Club Participant
Despite having to stay at home during the Covid-19 pandemic, our Zone Clubbers continue to make music by taking part in Virtual Zone Club!
Taking place on the first Saturday of every month, the live-streamed sessions give the opportunity for our Cloubbers to continue to come together, write songs and be creative.
Our next Virtual Zone Club session will take place on Saturday 6th February.
