Wiltshire Music Centre is offering an exciting opportunity to join its vibrant team of Concert Managers and contribute to the running and development of a very special organization.
The Concert Manager manages the front of concert operations at Wiltshire Music Centre and creates a welcoming environment for all patrons, whilst maximising sales and profits as well as customer satisfaction. The Concert Manager has responsibility for the safe and effective operation of the Wiltshire Music Centre during a varied range of events including concerts, workshops and festivals. The Concert Manager is also fully trained as a Box Office Assistant. For each event, the Concert Manager manages a team of up to 16 volunteers and s/he reports to the Operations Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience of working with the public, good management skills and a natural can-do attitude, and offers the chance to take a leading role in WMC’s event delivery and regularly work with visiting artists, volunteers, audiences and the permanent staff team.
Please note: You will be offered around 2-3 shifts per month; this can increase during busy periods.

Part-time (0.8 FTE) £21k pro rata (depending on experience) starting asap
Wiltshire Music Centre is offering an opportunity to join its small and vibrant team as a Creative Learning Coordinator (0.8 FTE), which is a role created to support the efficient delivery of the Creative Learning Programme, alongside the Head of Creative Learning & Community Engagement. The Creative Learning Coordinator will develop, plan, administrate and evaluate a wide range of small to large-scale music education and community projects.
Working within a small and committed team, the Coordinator will support the fundraising and marketing of the programme, working with a wide range of artists, staff, participants and their families. They will also contribute to the day-to-day running of the Centre and build some experience across customer service, event management and programming.
The role requires an efficient, highly motivated and friendly individual with a passion for education and excellent communication and organisational skills. The position is an excellent opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic person to develop their skills and expertise in arts administration in a small and supportive team.

These placements take place in June/July.
