Creative Learning Coordinator Job Description

Wiltshire Music Centre, a NPO and an award-winning 300-seat concert hall showcasing 160 concerts of the highest quality every year across all genres and delivering an extensive Creative Learning programme, is offering an exciting opportunity to join its passionate and vibrant team as Creative Learning Coordinator. 
 
We are seeking an energetic, self-driven and adaptable person, interested in working with young people and the community, to assist our Head of Creative Learning to develop, plan and implement the delivery of a large portfolio of music projects across Wiltshire and beyond. Projects include the two Youth Orchestras, Zone Club, Primary Live, Wider Opportunities and My Science Fair. This post has prime responsibility for coordinating the Creative Learning programme as well as contributing to its further expansion.  
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a keen arts administrator with an interest in the power of music to develop, enrich and inspire lives. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in education projects, preferably in a music-focused organisation, is required. Some evening and weekend shifts will be necessary.

Box Office and Team Assistant

Status & hours: Casual part time, shifts agreed on an ad hoc basis

Rate: £7.83 per hour + holidays (full time annual entitlement: 28 days)

The Box Office & Team Assistant provides reception, box office, basic technical, operational and administrative support to the work of the Wiltshire Music Centre Trust (WMC). 

The Box Office & Team Assistant assists with the day-to-day running of the Centre by handling all routine operational and administrative matters to provide good customer care and ensure that all events and activities run smoothly. The Box Office & Team Assistant reports to the Head of Development & Communications.

Box Office and Team Assistant Job Description

Concert Manager

Status & hours: Casual part time, shifts agreed on an ad hoc basis

Rate: £8.20 per hour + holidays (full time annual entitlement: 28 days)

The Concert Manager manages the front of concert operations at Wiltshire Music Centre and creates a welcoming environment for all patrons, whilst maximizing sales and profits as well as customer satisfaction. The Concert Manager has responsibility for the safe and effective operation of the Wiltshire Music Centre. The Concert Manager is also fully trained as Box Office & Team Assistant.

The Concert Manager reports to the Programme & Events Coordinator.
